The London Canadian Studies Association (LoCSA) was established in 2010 in succession to the London Conference for Canadian Studies (LCCS), which was set up in 1982 to encourage the promotion of Canadian Studies in London and the South East. The Association wishes to acknowledge the support of the Canadian High Commission in London, based at Canada House, for its support for our activities, including the annual publication of the London Journal of Canadian Studies (LJCS).
Those interested in Canadian Studies are encouraged to become members of LoCSA as we seek to establish cooperation across various institutions and disciplines. It brings together, for example, specialists in education, geography, history, law, librarianship, linguistics, literature, political studies, psychology, sociology and other disciplines.
